Meet lovely Kate who works at our Tessuti Chatswood store and has also started working in the styling department for Harper's BAZAAR magazine. Working as a stylist is Kate's dream job and she's very excited (as are we!) that she is on her way to fulfilling her dream.
Perfect, warm weather has hit Sydney - better late than never - and everyone is still very much in summer mode. Now that we're in autumn, we should probably be thinking about making clothes for that looming cold snap that will hit us all too soon. But who cares? It's just gorgeous in Sydney at the moment.
Kate looks lovely and summery in Tessuti's 100% cotton print Black Fanfloral made up in this very easy Simplicity 3742 pattern - style A. The length was shortened and the side seams (under the armhole) were taken in to adjust the gaping at the bust. This is an easy summer dress and was very quick to make up. All the pieces in this pattern are great and the top version would be lovely for either day or night.
