Hello readers. Lisa here - Tessuti's Melbourne manager. Welcome to our very first pattern review out of our swanky, spankin' new store. Readers, meet the lovely Janet who popped in during week one wearing a beautiful jacket that she'd made from the sort of pattern illustration that fails to make you look twice. We got to talking and (lucky for us), it turns out that she works close by and loves to sew. We feel this may be the start of a long and lovely friendship.
Janet's first Tessuti creation is this great skirt made up in our Rye stretch corduroy. The pattern Janet used is an old favourite - Simplicity 4701 -view D (OOP).
An incredibly easy skirt in a timeless, flattering design. We like!
