Janet's Rosette Mesh Skirt

Here's another quick, clever and striking skirt made up by Janet. The feature fabric is our Cream Rosette Mesh and is lined in Grey Burdie Orbit, a viscose/elastane jersey.

Picture proof that with a little imagination, this kind of fabric works perfectly for something other than bridal or formal wear!

  3. Adorable...I think the nearby independent fabric store sells this or something like it. It has an entire bridal department.

  6. Fabulous use of the fabric. I would love to see how you finished the waistband.

  7. I have seen this fabric at Fabricana sewn as a Prom Dress. I was trying to imagine it as a skirt but couldn't so went on to other fabric. Thanks for the inspiration! Now that I see it as a skirt, it looks gorgeous!

  8. Hi I would like to pin the image of the rose skirt above to my PInterest board. I don't see a blog policy allowing this, so I want to ask permission first. Thank you.
