Layering with wool, by Judith

Here's a quick and easy project that Judith whipped up in our wool/alpaca coating Cascading Lights. It's a simple layering piece made up with two squares that she ever so slightly rounded at the shoulders. And to keep those hands extra toasty she included a kangaroo pouch pocket at the front.

The sleeves and neckline are finished with a poly/cotton black binding. Picture proof that sometimes the simplest projects are the best...

  1. Love this - how much fabric would you need to make this?

    1. Hi Bronwyn - on a 140-150cm width, you'd easily get away with just your length. For a narrower 115cm width, I'd recommend double your length plus extra if you wanted a pocket.
