I really enjoy doing pattern reviews on Sew Tessuti. It gives me the biggest buzz to see Tessuti fabrics made up into these wonderful garments.
Here is another fantastic pattern review - this time on McCalls 4972 made beautifully by Georgia in Tessuti's 100% Wool 'Blush Pink'. The only alteration to this pattern was that Georgia omitted the patch pockets.
The jacket is edged with a trim made from the self wool which is fringed and slightly gathered on. Georgia has also made and added sweet satin rosettes to cover the hook and eye closure on the front. Is there nothing this woman can't do?!!?
Georgia wore in her new jacket over this great Vogue pattern shirt. Nice boots too!
